IRSO NEW FEATURES IN RELEASE 12
1. Propagation of Urgent Flag:
Below are the set up required to enable above functionality
 Set the profile “POR: Urgent Flag on Int Req maps to shipping Priority” with a value of shipment priority.






After setting this profile option create Inter requisition with Urgent Flag and complete the create Internal order and Import Order program which create Order and shipment priority will get propagated from IR to order as High Priority.

Process:
1.1. Create and approve the internal requisition with Urgent flag checked in the line.
 The shipment priority of the internal order would be propagated from the value of the urgent flag in the internal requisition.

2. Change on Requested Quantity and Need By Date in IR
Below are the set up required to enable above functionality.
 Disable the constraint on the update operation on “Request Date” and “Order Quantity “attributes of the order line

In the constraint query the below constraint
• Operation: UPDATE
• Attribute: Request Date
• User Action: NOT ALLOWED


Disable the enabled check box for the record with validation template Internal Order


• Operation: UPDATE
• Attribute: Ordered Quantity
• User Action: NOT ALLOWED





Process:
2.1 Create & Approve Internal Requisition and covert the same to Internal Order




Run



Go to the iprocurement and change the quantity to 5 and request date to 25-Nov-2014 on internal requisition and the same change will get reflected in Order Management.

Click on change button and change need by date to 25-Nov-2014 and quantity to 5 in iprocurement



Click on next and then submit the requisition.

Changes got reflected in the order.








3. Change on Requested Quantity and Need by Date on IR even in partial Shipment:
